Role Description

As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will support critical facilities and infrastructure, providing an enhanced security presence tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

The Contractor shall supervise all Security Guards during each shift, ensuring staffing, punctuality, performance, and compliance. Supervision may be through Site Manager, SGS, or SGM, with responsibilities including scheduling, training, inspection, report review, and discipline.

Qualifications

• Valid guard card license as required by law
• Pass a 12-panel drug test and criminal background check
• Employment verification and motor vehicle checks
• Must be 21 or older
• Physical ability to perform duties

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Proficiency in English
• High integrity, excellent security skills, and computer literacy

Work Environment & Schedule

• Indoor/outdoor client sites
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Availability nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
