Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Maintain office filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring that all information is accurately input into our systems.
- Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Prepare and distribute documents, memos, and reports for internal and external communication.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
