Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with filing and organizing documents in a systematic manner
- Manage schedules and appointments for staff
- Prepare and distribute internal communications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
