About the Company and Office Manager Opportunity:
CFS is partnering with a well-established company in Valparaiso to hire an Office Manager. This Office Manager will oversee daily administrative functions, support management, and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The right Office Manager will enjoy organizing systems, guiding a small team, and being the go-to person for all things office-operations. Position is fully in-office in Valparaiso, IN.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Duties of the Office Manager:
- Manage and coordinate administrative support staff to maintain smooth daily operations
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, meeting planning, and internal communications
- Maintain and track office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and office budget monitoring
- Ensure office systems and documentation are organized and accessible
- Support leadership with projects, reports, and implementing office policies
Qualifications for the Office Manager:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of office management or administrative leadership experience
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using standard office software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead or coordinate a small admin or office staff
