About the Company and Office Manager Opportunity: CFS is partnering with a well-established company in Dowagiac to hire an Office Manager. This Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage office staff, and ensure smooth business functions across departments. The right Office Manager will thrive in a multitasking environment, enjoy organizing processes, and be the go-to person for all office needs. Position is fully in-office in Dowagiac, MI. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Location: Dowagiac, MI (on-site)
Job Duties
- Oversee and support all administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations
- Manage office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance
- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff
- Assist with bookkeeping, expense tracking, and basic accounting tasks
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and health/safety standards
- Support leadership with special projects and reporting as needed
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive, productive office environment
