Position: Office Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support overall office function and day-to-day projects for the Mechanical Organization.
• Review accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
• Payroll, invoicing, quotes, and financial reporting.
• Ensure payroll, sales, use, and income taxes for fixed assets.
• Collaborate with all employees on mission completions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report to the owner and ensure criteria are met; assist with information for the annual audit as needed.
• Maintain a positive, friendly disposition in interactions to contribute to overall company success.

Qualifications

• AR/AP background; proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Understanding of AI and Chat GPT is a bonus.
• Office management skills; self-motivated and results-driven.
• College course studies in Business or Accounting are a bonus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
