Overview

South Jersey Heating and Cooling is conducting a search for a Part Time Bookkeeper who can help lead a growing energetic organization. Pay for the right individual is $25 to $35 per hour along with bonuses.

Location: Forked River, NJ area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with finances and the ability to work with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and the capability to learn organizational operating software as well as AI proficiency. Must have multitasking ability in a fun and busy office.

Responsibilities

• Manage finances and bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks and related software.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations as needed.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to learn additional software and AI tools.
• Support a team in a fast-paced office environment and multitask effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in bookkeeping/finances.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new organizational software and AI tools.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills; team-oriented mindset.
