Job Description

Are you looking for a new opportunity as an Office Administrator? Join our team at a local organization with work hours from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders and correspond via email with the sales team
• Support the CEO with various administrative tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
• Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Perform general office duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous office administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks with accurate data entry skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Polite, friendly, and dependable
