Overview
Night Guest Attendant at Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. Location: Fayetteville, NC. This is an overnight, highly visible customer service role where you will be the face of the property and the first point of contact for guests. The position primarily involves working independently during the night shift.

Primary Duties
- Property inspections: Conduct regular physical inspections of the property during the night to ensure safety and security.
- Guest services: Assist with after-hours check-in and check-out, provide excellent customer service, and address guest needs or concerns.
- Laundry duties: Complete laundering responsibilities and maintain a clean, organized laundry area.
- Cleaning & maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, stock and distribute cleaning supplies, and perform room preps for rooms not cleared during the day shift.
- Emergency procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs of the property and guests are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive in solving problems.
Physical Requirements
- Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
