Overview
Night Replenishment Manager (NRM) at The Home Depot. NRMs are members of the store leadership team and oversee freight handling activities, including freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes. NRMs communicate priorities, ensure nightly tasks are completed, and freight is moving smoothly throughout the store. They teach, coach, and train associates on Home Depot policies and procedures and ensure all associates work safely at all times. When needed, NRMs may be the only manager available and will make business and associate decisions in partnership with appropriate resources and following SOPs. NRMs provide input on associates’ performance through ongoing performance management and talent planning discussions. Although the NRM does not have direct reports, they participate in the selection process as needed and contribute to a safe working environment by following safety policies and completing required training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-the-moment coaching based on observations and behavior; partner with Night Operations ASMs on formal performance conversations and discipline; recognize associates for values-based behaviors and productivity.
- Conduct quality walks of recently completed tasks; ensure shelves/locations are set per MAP or regional direction; confirm associates complete required training.
- Assist Store Manager (SM) and Night Operations ASM with associate interviews and hiring; approve and address misses, variances, schedule changes, and communications regarding follow-up actions.
- Direct supervision of unloading, packout, and purge pack down processes; execute quality walks to ensure proper packout; ensure timely unloading of trucks and trailers; maintain clean, organized stores and communicate priorities to all associates and leaders.
- Ensure safety compliance: follow hazmat and Safety Matters guidelines; provide PPE guidance; supervise safe lifting techniques; enforce SOPs and correct unsafe conditions; complete store checklists; recognize safe behavior.
- Perform Closing and MOD tasks; conduct hand-off with the prior MOD; validate daily store priorities with ASMs/SM; ensure equipment functioning and coordinate actions for upcoming events or ads.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
