AP/AR Specialist

for a temporary assignment to support its accounting operations. This role is focused on relieving senior staff from day-to-day transactional tasks and ensuring consistency and accuracy across accounts payable and receivable functions. Position Overview: The

AP/AR Specialist

will handle invoice processing, payment tracking, and support general ledger entries across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, is comfortable with structured routines, and can jump in quickly with minimal training. Key Responsibilities: Process AP invoices and ensure timely vendor payments Issue AR invoices and manage incoming payments Assist with journal entries and monthly close activities Work within QuickBooks and Visual ERP systems Support intercompany transactions and GL interface tasks Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams for job costing and allocation Maintain documentation aligned with GAAP standards Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred 3+ years of experience as an AP/AR Specialist Proficiency in QuickBooks, Visual ERP, and Excel Strong attention to detail and reliability Comfortable working on-site and supporting a small, collaborative team This temporary
