Staff Accountant
to support accounting operations, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and help maintain accurate financial records.

Assist with monthly close and preparation of financial statements.
Track grants, donations, and restricted funds in compliance with reporting requirements.
Prepare schedules for audits and assist with annual budget support.
Collaborate with program staff to ensure accurate expense tracking.
Qualifications of the Staff Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years of accounting experience (nonprofit preferred).
Knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting principles.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct).
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
