We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior HR Generalist

to join our client HR department. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. This position will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership, ensuring HR policies and practices align with organizational goals and foster a positive, productive workplace culture.

Senior Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Partner with managers to support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes.

Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Manage and improve HR processes including performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.

Provide data-driven insights to support HR strategy and decision-making through HRIS and reporting tools.

Collaborate with leadership to implement HR best practices and drive organizational development initiatives.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead or support special HR projects, including DEI, policy development, succession planning, and change management.

Senior Human Resources Generalist Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR).

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist knowledge across multiple HR disciplines.

Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

Proven ability to manage employee relations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

Salary: $85,000-$105,000
