High-volume M&A activity and organizational innovation
What You Will Do Prepare US GAAP financial statements including the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows
Support month-end close activities related to financial reporting
Conduct technical accounting research and apply updates such as ASC 606 and ASC 842
Assist in implementing new accounting standards and changes across the organization
Support M&A efforts including accounting treatment of acquisitions and other complex transactions
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accounting compliance and drive process improvements
Handle special projects and ad hoc reporting requests from leadership
Review reconciliations but will not be responsible for preparing journal entries
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
At least five years of experience in audit, SEC reporting, or technical accounting
Deep understanding of ASC 606, ASC 842, and other recent accounting standard updates
CPA or MBA preferred
IFRS experience is a plus
Background in public accounting (Big 4 or Top 20 firm) or a blend of public and private industry experience
Proficient in NetSuite, Excel, and other major ERP systems
