Senior Accounting Manager – Technical Accounting
Location: Richfield (hybrid work model - 3 days onsite & 2 remote)
Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 base salary

What You Will Do
- Prepare US GAAP financial statements including the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows
- Support month-end close activities related to financial reporting
- Conduct technical accounting research and apply updates such as ASC 606 and ASC 842
- Assist in implementing new accounting standards and changes across the organization
- Support M&A efforts including accounting treatment of acquisitions and other complex transactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accounting compliance and drive process improvements
- Handle special projects and ad hoc reporting requests from leadership
- Review reconciliations but will not be responsible for preparing journal entries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- At least five years of experience in audit, SEC reporting, or technical accounting
- Deep understanding of ASC 606, ASC 842, and other recent accounting standard updates
- CPA or MBA preferred
- IFRS experience is a plus
- Background in public accounting (Big 4 or Top 20 firm) or a blend of public and private industry experience
- Proficient in NetSuite, Excel, and other major ERP systems
