month-end close
including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis. Manage
membership-related accounting : deferred income, receivables, allowances, bad debt, and annual true-up entries. Support the
annual audit , preparing schedules and reports for external auditors. Reconcile
intercompany accounts
and partner closely with another GL Manager on shared responsibilities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the transition to NetSuite. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Accounting
(required). 4-6 years of
progressive accounting experience
(general ledger, reconciliations, close). CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred. Strong
Microsoft Excel
skills; ability to work with reconciliations and account analysis. NetSuite experience highly desirable; legacy Dynamics SL exposure a plus but not required. Public accounting experience or candidates moving from public to industry welcome.
