What You'll Do as a Staff Accountant: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Support audits and financial reviews with timely documentation
Partner with cross-departmental teams to provide financial insights
Who You Are as a Staff Accountant: Outgoing and collaborative, with a team-first mindset
Proactive and eager to learn, with strong problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with accounting systems
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-4 years of accounting experience preferred
Compensation Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
