Job Responsibilities of Corporate Accounting Manager Support IT accounting, including invoice coding, accounts payable, intercompany charge-outs, and accrual entries. Collaborate with IT and Corporate Finance on project tracking, capitalized cost reporting, and accurate journal entries. Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting deliverables, including flux analysis and supplemental schedules. Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations to ensure integrity, compliance, and accuracy. Provide oversight and guidance to DBS team deliverables; monitor internal controls and implement process improvements. Lead and support projects to standardize accounting processes, leverage DBS, and adopt emerging technologies (e.g., RPA). Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Global Sourcing, Tax, HR, and operating companies to resolve issues and share best practices Interface with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, preparing schedules, walkthroughs, and supporting documentation. Contribute to corporate initiatives, including professional development and team-building committees. Specific requirements for the Corporate Accounting Manager include: BS in Accounting CPA 6+ years of relevant accounting experience Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and analysis Large public accounting experience strongly preferred #INSEP2025 #LI-BS1
