We are seeking an experienced
Controller
to lead the financial operations of a growing multi-location organization. In this high-impact role, you'll oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, payroll, and compliance while providing strategic financial guidance to leadership. Applicants must have experience in the construction industry to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities Direct all accounting functions, including AP, AR, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports to support decision-making
Manage banking relationships and oversee cash flow and disbursements
Lead audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Support acquisitions and provide financial leadership for growth initiatives
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
5+ years of experience as a Controller
Strong knowledge of construction accounting and percentage-of-completion methodology
ERP experience (Acumatica preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
