Make Your Impact Within a Rapidly Growing Fintech Company We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to spearhead our card growth initiatives. This high-visibility role is crucial for expanding our card product offerings among customer segments, a strategically significant area for BILL. Responsibilities

Own and drive the card product roadmap for BILL's virtual card product, working closely with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing partners, and collaborating across functional teams in Sales and Operations to execute Scale the product 1-n by prioritizing feature developments with growth experiments to drive metrics around adoption and activations, in close collaboration with Data Science, Analytics, Sales, Post-sales and Marketing Drive product-segment-fit by establishing a continuous pulse on customer needs, competitive strength by gathering feedback from Sales, Marketing and CX teams, and work with Engineering and Design to develop new features and optimize the user experience Continuously monitor key financial metrics to recognize the drivers and create data-driven decisions and update stakeholders on a continuous basis Bring in AI-driven innovations to improve end-to-end customer experience and operational efficiencies Be a thought leader and disseminator of subject matter expertise leveraging internal data-driven analysis, and continuous discovery of external payments industry trends and the competitive landscape Qualifications

7+ years Product Management Experience often with launching growth loops, and scaling the product; background in payments, cards, B2B financial software, or spend management is highly valued Demonstrable track record of product development lifecycle ownership: vision setting, ideation, research and test & learn, comprehensive requirement documentation, MVP, product launch & maintenance Obsessed about customers and understanding their needs, pain points, and desires Extraordinarily analytical; deep understanding of retention, churn, growth metrics and improving these by continuously learning from analytics, user inputs and market trends Strong business acumen; demonstrated impact on revenue growth, reducing cost and improving customer success metrics Demonstrated growth mindset; proactively identifies opportunities, embraces feedback, and iterates on solutions with curiosity and resilience Compelling written and verbal communication, strong storytelling skills to galvanize the organization and create buy-in with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Nice to have skills on querying databases and tables to derive answers for product related questions Nice to have demonstrated thought leadership in this space (publications, speaking engagements, etc.) Location and Working Model

This position is based in San Jose. We support a hybrid work environment with on-site (Mon, Tue, Thu) and remote work days. Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
