Overview We are seeking a Visionary Tech Co-founder (CTO) to build and scale an AI-powered enterprise software startup. You will be the technical architect, driving AI and data science initiatives, shaping our technology stack, building a world-class engineering team, and defining the future of our enterprise software solutions. You will work closely with the CEO, COO, and our growing customer base to translate business needs into cutting-edge AI-driven products. Architecting; Leading Technical Vision: Define, develop, and implement the company\'s end-to-end technology roadmap and architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for our enterprise software. Building; Mentoring a High-Performing Tech Team: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. Driving AI; Data Science Innovation (with a focus on Agents): Oversee data lifecycle, data collection, pipeline development, machine learning model design, training, and deployment, including design and deployment of multi-agent systems that drive core product functionalities. Hands-On Full-Stack Development & Deployment: Lead in collaboration to design, development, and deployment of core software features and AI models, including both UI and server-side components, often involving agent-based systems. Product Strategy; Execution: Collaborate with the CEO and stakeholders on product strategy, ideation, rapid prototyping, and user testing to align solutions with market demands. Client Engagement; Technical Partnerships: Serve as a technical liaison for current and prospective clients, understand needs, present technical solutions, and foster partnerships. Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and integrate emerging technologies, AI/ML advancements, and best practices into product development. What You'll Bring
Advanced Technical Degree: A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field. Extensive Hands-On Development Expertise: Deep experience in software development with a focus on scalable ML models and data-intensive applications in production. Mastery of AI Agent Systems: Proficiency in designing and implementing multi-agent systems or complex intelligent agents. Technical Leadership; Team Building: Proven success in leading, mentoring, and scaling engineering and data science teams, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. Robust Data Science; ML Engineering Skills: Strong background in data collection, ETL, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment/monitoring; familiarity with MLOps a plus. API; System Integration Expertise: Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party systems. Problem-Solving; Analytical Acumen: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges with data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including potential clients and investors. Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-starter with action bias, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of handling multiple projects; positive, energetic attitude. Salary and Benefits The co-founder will receive EQUITY compensation of 10%. A salary will be provided after securing funding from investors. The position is full-time and remote-based but will transition to a hybrid model in the near future. We are actively working with customers and are poised for significant growth.
