Remote Location : Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Boston, MA; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC Position Summary HackerOne is seeking a hands-on, mission-driven Product Manager to lead the development of our platform capabilities delivering customer value from aggregated data. This role focuses on deriving insights from vast amounts of security data to provide highly differentiated customer value as the market leader. This is a strategic role requiring a deep understanding of applying normalization, data modeling, and artificial intelligence in cybersecurity. As the owner of HackerOne platform data capabilities, you will manage the entire capability lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and go-to-market. We embrace a Flexible Work approach. This is a remote role targeted for candidates within approximately 50 miles of Seattle, SF Bay Area, Boston, Austin, or Washington, DC. This balance supports collaboration and in-person moments while preserving remote benefits. What You Will Do

Lead HackerOne data capabilities vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with Design & Engineering to bring unique security insights to customers based on HackerOne’s vulnerability datasets. Lead cross-functional GTM collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to discern customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate thought leadership on data capabilities. Refine and mature existing data capabilities (Analytics & Reporting, Benchmarks, and Recommendations). Develop and apply expertise in security analytics and vulnerability management to create product experiences loved by customers and hackers, including AI applications across LLM and ML. Evangelize the value of HackerOne’s data-powered security insights internally and externally via customer/prospect calls, demos, webinars, roadmap briefings, and industry events. Stay at the forefront of industry trends, AI capabilities, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation and market leadership. Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth tech/SaaS companies. Proven track record of successfully developing products/platforms in high-growth environments with cross-functional leadership across R&D and GTM functions. Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends. Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, results-oriented approach to stakeholder alignment. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a data science-related field. MBA or data science-related Master’s degree. Direct PM experience in related cybersecurity fields (vulnerability management, penetration testing, application security). Domain experience with security research/red teaming/bug bounty programs, including methods and tools. Experience delivering value from data with AI (LLM/ML) in product development. Experience leading product development for multi-product platformization. Compensation Bands
