Senior Product Manager, Data at HackerOne. Remote-friendly position with proximity to Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Boston, MA; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC. Lead HackerOne data capabilities development by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with Design & Engineering to deliver unique security insights from HackerOne’s vulnerability datasets. Lead cross-functional GTM collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to identify customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate data capabilities. Refine and mature platform data capabilities such as Analytics and Reporting, Benchmarks, and Recommendations. Apply expertise in security analytics and vulnerability management to create product experiences that customers and researchers love, including AI applications (LLM/ML). Act as a subject matter expert to evangelize data-powered security insights through customer calls, product demos, webinars, roadmap briefings, and industry events. Stay informed on industry trends, AI applications, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation and position HackerOne as a market leader. Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience in high-growth tech/SaaS companies. Proven track record delivering products/platforms with cross-functional leadership across R&D and GTM functions. Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends. Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder alignment. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, etc.). MBA or data science-related Master’s degree. Direct product management experience in cybersecurity fields (vulnerability management, pen testing, application security). Domain experience with security research / hacking as part of red teaming or bug bounty programs. Experience delivering data-driven products, especially with AI (LLM/ML). Experience leading product development for cloud or managed services; multi-product platformization experience. Compensation
