What You Will Do
Lead HackerOne data capabilities vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with Design & Engineering to deliver unique security insights from HackerOne’s vulnerability datasets.
Lead cross-functional GTM collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to discern customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate data capabilities.
Refine and mature existing data capabilities (Analytics and Reporting, Benchmarks, and Recommendations).
Develop expertise in security analytics and vulnerability management to create product experiences that leverage AI across LLM and ML.
Evangelize the value of HackerOne’s data-powered insights via customer and prospect calls, product demos, webinars, roadmap briefings, and industry events.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, AI capabilities, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth tech/SaaS companies.
Proven track record of developing products/platforms with cross-functional collaboration across R&D and GTM functions.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a data science-related field; MBA or data science Masters preferred.
Direct product management experience in cybersecurity areas such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, and application security.
Domain experience with security research/red teaming/bug bounty programs.
Experience delivering data-driven products with AI components, and experience in cloud or managed services environments.
Experience leading multi-product platformization initiatives.
Compensation
San Francisco: $160K – $200K (Equity available)
Seattle, Austin, DC, Boston: $144K – $180K (Equity available)
