Overview

The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, superb attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, schedule appointments, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. This individual will have access to confidential information, so the ideal candidate understands the importance of nondisclosure of such information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support, esp. scheduling
  • Provide support for board of Directors as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to all other affiliate departments as needed.
  • Provide support with managing legal intakes as needed.
  • Manage office supply inventory.
  • Help to coordinate IT support and supply needs.
  • Maintain & organize purchase receipts.
  • Organize and maintain hard copy and digital files.
  • Assist in processing office mail.
  • Providing other administrative and operations support as needed.
  • Provide and prepare weekly, biweekly, and monthly financial and metrics reports.
  • Manage, write, and send acknowledgement letters.
  • Maintain integrity of database and ensure data is entered consistently and accurately.
  • Assist in processing gifts – particularly donation entry & handling.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Two+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with office technology and information systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and databases, preferably Salesforce.
