Core skills needed -
  1. 7-9+ years of Testing experience with a minimum of 3 years of Finance experience.
  2. Develop, execute and maintain Test scenarios and Test cases.
  3. Knowledge of IBM Mainframe Systems - TSO, JHS, CICS
  4. Experience in documenting and reviewing technical scripts specific to mainframe CICS .
  5. Experience leading a QA testers in test execution and documentation.
  6. Strong Mainframe testing experience with DB2,JCL, Batch job processing.
  7. Experience in clear documentation of test results and presentation back to team.
  8. Experience driving automation for repeated pattern testing for mainframe online screens and batch files - Nice to have
  9. Knowledge in defect tracking tools - preferably, ALM.
  10. Strong communication skills including ability to effectively interact with Business and Third-Party Vendors.
  11. bility to learn quickly and become proficient in complex applications.
