Location: Hudson Valley Community College - 80 Vandenburg Avenue, Troy, NY 12180

Schedule: Seasonal schedule. Monday - Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Pizza experience preferred.

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $19.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities (Selected)

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive and tasty.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety; stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean; ensures proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed; assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies; reports maintenance or safety issues to supervisor immediately.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings; maintains good working relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Performs duties safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and follows HACCP standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Adheres to company policies including use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
