Salary : $15.00-$17.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST OR WORKING IN A VETERINARY HOSPITAL IN ANOTHER POSITION IS STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Quality customer service experience (in-person and over the phone), greeting clients, answering phones, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and prescriptions, selling items that may be available behind the counter or in the waiting area, typing skills, knowledge of veterinary software; Paper-lite hospital
• Calm and compassionate while carrying on a multitude of other tasks; being able to effectively multi-task without becoming frustrated
• Familiar and comfortable around cats, dogs, and other household pets

Availability / Schedule

• Monday-Friday and Alternating Saturdays
• No Sunday schedule
• Full-Time is between (30-35 hrs / week)
• Part-Time is (20-25 hrs or less / week)

Compensation

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL AND LENGTH OF TIME WORKING IN VENTERINARY RECEPTIONIST FIELD
