Program Integration Analyst - Action Officer

Position Summary / Objective:
This position supports the In-Service Strategic Submarines Program Office (PMS 396) which is part of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Program Executive Office Strategic Submarines (PEO SSBN), and Team Submarine (TSUB). PMS 396 provides acquisition, engineering, logistics, and project management support to Ohio Class Submarines. KMS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Program Integration Analyst. As a program integration analyst, you will be responsible for providing executive-level support to the Program Integration PAPM / Chief of Staff assisting in overseeing and managing the strategic operations and daily operations of the client organization. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and completion of strategic actions, smooth and efficient business processes, implementing and monitoring operational policies and procedures, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Essential functions:

Manage and maintain the PMS 396 Commitments Tracking process to include recording of program office actions, routing to appropriate PMS 396 organization for execution, and tracking through completion. Assist in drafting strategic operations products to include Flag level, Congressional, and Senior Navy official briefings, responses to requests for information, reports, and talking points. Review and track PMS 396 taskers from ETMS2 (Tasker Tracker Monitoring System) and action to the appropriate PMS 396 organization for completion. Assist in management of front office support to ensure alignment of program office leadership daily calendars to enable participation in required engagements, management of PM/DPM travel through return from TDY, and completion of program office visit requests. Oversee front office support personnel to ensure daily tasking is completed and appropriate coverage is maintained and completed. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration in relation to on-boarding, seating, asset management, and security / access management. Oversee correspondence. Ensure all correspondence packages include all references and enclosures, route sheet is completed with required information. Ensure all correspondence is in accordance with the Navy Correspondence Manual. Oversee onboarding and offboarding, seating, and securing assets (laptops and phones) for civilian, military, and contractor personnel. Distribute onboarding paperwork package with required forms and track completion. Oversee muster list, seating chart, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) list, correspondence serial log and correspondence filing on Microsoft Teams, and admin folder on Microsoft Teams. Required education and experience:
10+ years in a related role, especially corporate operations. Experience as an Action Officer. Experience supervising executive assistants and front office staff. Experience working with Navy Program Offices, especially NAVSEA or Team Submarine. Experience supporting senior military or civilian clients. Project management experience. Competencies:
Must have excellent client interface skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, and Teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Must be customer service oriented. Strong written and oral communications. Strong organizational skills. Additional eligibility requirements

Active Secret clearance is required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
The typical workday is eight hours in length, normal hours are 7:30 AM-3:30PM. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, with concurrence from the supervisor. The employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and must account for the hours in a pay period to maintain full-time status.
Telework:
Telework is not allowed for this position. However, situational telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis subject to customer requirements and expectations. Travel:
No travel is expected with this position; however, it may be required at the direction of NAVSEA customer
