Program Integration Analyst - Action Officer

supports the In-Service Strategic Submarines Program Office (PMS 396) within NAVSEA/PEO SSBN/TSUB. The role provides executive-level support to the Program Integration PAPM / Chief of Staff, coordinating with departments to ensure consistent messaging, streamlined processes, and delivery of strategic actions. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the PMS 396 Commitments Tracking process, including recording program office actions, routing for execution, and tracking to completion. Draft strategic operations products such as briefings for Flag level, Congressional inquiries, and senior Navy officials; prepare responses to information requests, reports, and talking points. Review and track PMS 396 taskers from ETMS2 and route them to the appropriate organization for completion. Support front office operations to align leadership calendars, manage travel, and process program office visit requests. Supervise front office staff to ensure daily tasking is completed and coverage is maintained. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on onboarding, seating, asset management, and security/access management. Oversee correspondence packages to ensure all references and enclosures are included and that materials comply with the Navy Correspondence Manual. Oversee onboarding/offboarding and asset security for civilian, military, and contractor personnel; distribute and track onboarding paperwork. Monitor muster lists, seating charts, GFE lists, and filing within Microsoft Teams and related admin folders. Qualifications
10+ years in a related role, with emphasis on corporate operations. Experience as an Action Officer. Experience supervising executive assistants and front office staff. Experience with Navy Program Offices, especially NAVSEA or Team Submarine. Experience supporting senior military or civilian clients. Project management experience. Competencies
Excellent client interface skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver customer-service oriented support. Strong organizational skills. Work Eligibility and Environment
Active Secret clearance is required. Work non-telework posture; situational telework may be authorized per customer requirements. Travel: No anticipated travel; may be required at NAVSEA discretion. Position Type/Hours: Full-time, typically 7:30 AM–3:30 PM with core hours 9:00 AM–3:00 PM; some flexibility with supervisor approval. Benefits and Equal Opportunity
