Job Description Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and devise individualized treatment strategies that empower them to achieve their desired outcomes. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to advance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with other OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to deliver holistic care. Guide Patients and Families: Equip patients and caregivers with essential knowledge on therapy practices to promote continued improvement. Track and Document Progress: Monitor treatment efficacy and adjust approaches as necessary to keep patients on their recovery path. Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Encouragement and support for ongoing professional education and advanced certifications Certifications
