Key Responsibilities:
- Give advice for the School Director and the Board of Directors of Victoria company about the medium and long-term HR strategy, personnel structure, and the policy of HR development to support the development strategies of Victoria.
- Consult, suggest, build and deploy Victoria systems to ensure effective implementation of management functions, evaluation of HR efficiency, and to create a professional, effective working environment.
- Plan the HR strategy of the school based on development trends of the Company’s business fields, core values to develop, and the development orientation of the campus and company.
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment plans to meet short-, medium-, and long-term HR needs of the whole School system.
- Plan and deploy policies for developing Company culture and programs for training and developing Victoria’s personnel suitable for new requirements.
- Address problems related to relationships, labor discipline, emulation and commendation.
- Orient and improve the management system; control administrative documents such as Rules, Regulations, and Forms to ensure a systematic and standard campus.
- Coordinate work and provide leadership for organizing events such as outings, meetings, travels, etc., and achieve targets.
- Provide solutions to ensure and maintain administrative functions that serve school operations, such as office machinery, security surveillance camera system, and communication systems.
- Prepare Social Insurance and tax reports monthly and quarterly; draw the Personal Income Tax balance-sheet as regulated by the Government.
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for Victoria company or upon request.
- Evaluate and report the periodic implementation of KPIs for each department, including implementation level, performance process, and quality of work (annually).
- Monitor staff and teachers’ conduct and working hours, including uniforms, breaks, and time for leaving the school.
- Perform other tasks to support the Management Board if required.
- Propose and present creative ideas that support the company’s development.
- Follow other tasks as required by the line manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same position within an education system
- Proficiency in office computers; skills in using specialized software
- Management, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills that are systematic, honest and careful
- Effective communication with parents, students and colleagues
- Friendly, devoted, enthusiastic, and responsible
