LHH is partnering with a well-known property management company near Portland, Oregon that needs a property accountant to join their team on a temp to hire basis. The ideal candidate must have experience with financial statements and property management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow in their career. Below are more details.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records
- Prepare financial statements (income, balance, and cash flow)
- Forecast revenue, expenses, and monitor financial performance
- Assist in the preparation of audits
- 3+ years of experience working as a property accountant for the property management industry
- Bachelors in accounting or finance are preferred
- Strong communication
- Ability to multitask
