LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Portland, OR, to find a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, assist with employee onboarding, and help maintain HR records and processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to a growing team.

Part-time, 30 hours per week Compensation:
$25-$35 per hour
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
Support compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred
Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and benefits administration
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software
Pay Details:
$25.00 to $35.00 per hour
