HR Services Coordinator


Location: Antioch, Tennessee. Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday). Contract position. Duration: 3 months with potential extensions.

Role Summary


We are seeking an HR Services Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries. This role is central to delivering a positive employee experience by providing Tier 1 support across a range of HR topics including pay, benefits, onboarding, and policy guidance.



Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to HR inquiries via Workday Help, phone, and email, resolving Tier 1 issues or escalating as needed.

  • Provide accurate and timely support on topics such as pay, benefits, onboarding, and HR policies.

  • Document and track case activity, ensuring proper routing and resolution.

  • Support compliance tasks including I-9 processing, background scoring, and labor law poster management.

  • Assist with benefits enrollment and provide guidance to new hires and rehires.

  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across all HR systems and processes.

  • Contribute to knowledge base content to improve employee self-service.

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and configuration changes.



Key Requirements



  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.

  • 1+ years of experience in HR support or a related administrative role.

  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesday–Thursday).
