About the Role
We're seeking an HR Coordinator to provide frontline HR support and ensure a seamless employee experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, handling Tier 1 cases in Workday Help, via phone, and email. You'll resolve routine questions related to pay, benefits, onboarding, policies, and employee data, while escalating complex matters to Tier 2 or HR partners as needed.

About the Role
We're seeking an HR Coordinator to provide frontline HR support and ensure a seamless employee experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, handling Tier 1 cases in Workday Help, via phone, and email. You'll resolve routine questions related to pay, benefits, onboarding, policies, and employee data, while escalating complex matters to Tier 2 or HR partners as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to HR inquiries in Workday Help, phone, and email, resolving Tier 1 cases or escalating as appropriate.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional guidance on pay, benefits, policies, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate case documentation in Workday Help and ensure proper routing/escalation.
- Support compliance tasks including I-9, background checks, and labor law postings.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and answer benefits-related questions.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and COEs to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Contribute to HR knowledge base content (FAQs, self-service guides).
- Support system testing (UAT) for new Workday releases or configuration updates.
- Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and accuracy.
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of related HR, customer service, or administrative experience.
- Experience with Workday strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
