Job Description Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Work closely with patients to assess their needs and create individualized therapy approaches that help them achieve their practical goals. Engage with Interprofessional Teams: Collaborate with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses for comprehensive patient care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance and training to patients and their loved ones on therapeutic methods to support recovery at home. Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes to adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring effective recovery. Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Continuing education opportunities and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and fostered. Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license. Mandatory certification through

NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy). Skills
