About The Company

Our client is a financially strong, rapidly expanding business with multiple revenue streams and a history of growth through acquisitions. They are seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team during an exciting period of transformation.

The Role

The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, manage a team of four, and serve as a key partner to senior leadership. This position offers high visibility, the opportunity to support acquisition integrations, and involvement in a future ERP implementation.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations and reporting for multiple entities
• Supervise, train, and develop staff accountants and clerks
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
• Analyze monthly financials and provide insights to leadership
• Support audit preparation, acquisition integrations, and process improvements
• Play a key role in the ERP system implementation

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience; CPA preferred
• Background in public accounting strongly valued
• Prior experience managing or mentoring staff
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting environments
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with data tools is a plus
