The Department of Curriculum, Instruction and Technology at Nassau BOCES is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Instructional Software Service. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of service management, internal operations, and district communication. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Organizing and managing subscription data, quotes, and vendor communications Maintaining departmental documentation and internal workflows using Microsoft 365 tools Supporting the development and maintenance of team-based tools including Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and Planner Assisting with internal and external communication, ensuring timely and accurate responses Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and enhance service efficiency Coordinating with vendors to maintain up-to-date records, pricing, and service details Preparing reports and supporting fiscal documentation under the guidance of the Supervisor II of Instructional Software Service Communicating with school district administrators REQUIREMENTS :
New York State Education Department Certification: School District Leader (SDL) or School District Administrator (SDA) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Excel, OneNote, Planner and Lists Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment Demonstrate the ability to improve productivity through technology Experience working with or understanding instructional software Background and/or experience in mathematics preferred
SALARY: As per labor contract
