Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance with a variety of inquiries and issues. As a Customer Service Agent, you will help foster positive relationships with our clients by addressing their needs, resolving their concerns, and ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is preferred.
