Our client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager to lead attorney recruiting and oversee a dynamic summer associate program. This role is perfect for someone with recruiting experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for finding top talent.
What You’ll Do:
Lead attorney and summer associate hiring
Build relationships with law schools and legal search firms
Oversee onboarding, events, and summer program success
Partner with firm leadership on recruitment strategy
What You Bring:
3+ years of recruiting experience (law firm or legal search firm preferred but not required)
Bachelor's Degree

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
