Manufacturing Engineer — Location: In-person • Pay: $95,000 - $110,000 per year • Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized procedures and documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality manufacturing.
• Support capital equipment planning and implementation.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Lead APQP teams and continuous improvement projects.
• Create and maintain process documentation and accurate cost quotes.
• Train operators on machine operation and process improvements.
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent technical training with 2+ years experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software, APQP, GD&T, and lean principles.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively.

Work Environment

• Flexible schedule averaging around 50 hours/week.
• Exposure to both office and manufacturing floor environments with some physical demands.
