This high-visibility role reports directly to the Plant Manager and plays a key part in production and continuous improvement initiatives within a lean, growth-driven organization. Responsibilities

As Production Supervisor, you’ll ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while leading and developing a team of production employees. You’ll oversee daily activities, troubleshoot issues, and drive accountability to consistently meet customer expectations—all while championing continuous improvement and supporting lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment
• Lean & Continuous Improvement Skills
• Ability to act and lead independently
• Strong communication skills
