Cavender Auto Group is searching for a PT Janitorial Maintenance attendant to join the Cavender Nissan of Rockwall location. Salary between $15-17 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dealership showroom, offices, and restrooms immaculately clean and organized.
• Regularly inspect and clean customer waiting areas, ensuring they are comfortable and inviting.
• Maintain cleanliness in the service and repair areas, promoting a safe and professional environment.
• Light electric knowledge (changing light bulbs, breakers, fuse issues).
• Light construction and maintenance knowledge (drywall, painting, patching).
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Typical work schedule is up to 40 hours per week; must be available mornings and evenings, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours on hard and uneven surfaces; repetitive motion with hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
• Good vision and depth perception; strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to bend, carry, climb, push, pull, stoop, squat, twist and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Use of cleaning chemicals for facility maintenance is required.
• Periodic exposure to outdoor conditions.
