Job Details Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices designed to boost your patients' motor functionality, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide essential training to both patients and their caregivers on techniques that foster continuous improvement in their home environment. Document and Review Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and revise treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Ongoing education and advanced certifications encouraged and supported Licensing

Valid and active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is imperative Essential Skills
