Job Responsibilities Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and devise personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and overall daily activities. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive and multifaceted care. Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to families and individuals on therapy practices that support continued progress at home. Document and Assess Progress: Monitor patient development and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effective recovery. Education
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Pursuit of continuing education or additional certifications encouraged and supported Certifications

license NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required Requirements
