for a 9 month Federal Remote Project.

Description: Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud and PaaS technologies. Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) to connect Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems. Design and deliver custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions. Provide guidance on technical architecture, security, performance, and integration best practices. Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities in an Oracle Cloud environment. Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards and industry regulations. Requirements:
7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience 7+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) experience 7+ years of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) experience Experience with Oracle PaaS extensions for HCM Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and data transformation in Oracle Cloud Strong understanding of HCM business processes and data structures Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
