Overview
Casual Package Delivery Drivers drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages great and small to homes and businesses. They are a friendly, physically active crew who enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and being behind the wheel.
Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver packages of all shapes and sizes to customers in the community and beyond.
- Operate a vehicle in a safe, professional manner.
- Adhere to UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license (no CDL required; license type varies by state).
- Pass the DOT physical.
- Excellent customer service and driving skills.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Casual package delivery drivers must comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
Employment details
- Full-time casual package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day; workdays can vary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday) depending on business needs.

- Base pay for this position is $23.00/hour.
- This is a seasonal role. A seasonal job is a great place to start at UPS, and it might lead to a permanent role that offers additional advantages and benefits. Permanent, full-time delivery drivers may have substantial total compensation, including benefits.
