Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction on therapy methods to empower patients and their families to continue progress post-treatment. Track Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing patient success. Education Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited establishment. Encouragement for continuing education or additional certifications post-graduation. Certifications Needed

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license. Mandatory
NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification. Desired Skills
