Job Responsibilities Craft Targeted Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and devise tailored therapy strategies that empower them to reach their functional goals. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough, holistic patient care. Provide Guidance to Patients and Families: Equip patients and their caregivers with knowledge and techniques that foster ongoing progress outside the clinical setting. Evaluate and Record Patient Progress: Track clinical outcomes meticulously and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on the path to success. Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution. Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported. Licensure
Active license as an
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) . Certification from
NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory. Essential Skills
